Monarch On Buddleia With Wings Folded

It is so wonderful to see the gorgeous orange and black Monarch butterflies as they are not as plentiful in recent years. This beauty was sipping nectar from the magenta Buddleia in the summer garden and the morning light was casting a lovely glow on the butterfly and bloom.
